Today, I called an agent who listed a rental in my farm area. I called him because I just sold one of my listings and the sellers wanted to wait for another year until they bought again. It is a single family home listed for rent for $1900.00 a month. I called and explained my clients position, and said I planned on sending over an Agreement to enter into Lease for $1700.00 a month and with six months paid up front.
