The above is a excerpt from a speech I gave on the state of the green building market here in the Triangle. These numbers were pulled on October 22nd 2008. LEED projects are on an exponential upswing and it is my personal opinion that non-LEED (or non-green) buildings will no longer be considered class A in 5 years.....or maybe as soon as this recession is over.
