     I hope wherever you live, you are surviving the winter.  It has been exceptionally cold in New Hampshire.   We are anxiously awaiting the arrival of Spring.
   Residential sales in New Hampshire  hit a high point in 2013 with the most home sales since 2005!
     According to the New Hampshire Association of Realtors, in 2013 there were 15,206 home sales in New Hampshire which was a 10.1 percent increase from 2012.  This increase signified the most homes sales since the peak in 2005.  The median sales price rose by 9.1 percent to $210,000.

The April showers brought the most home sales to New Hampshire since 2006 and the highest April prices in the past three years.
The number of residential sales in the New Hampshire reached 1,073, which was a 9 percent increase from April last 2012 and the most of any April since 2006, according to statistics released by the New Hampshire Association of REALTORS®.   This marked the 17th consecutive month of year-over-year increases.

The Clydesdales will be in Merrimack New Hampshire so get your kids and your cameras ready.
The famous Budweiser Clydesdale horses will be ready to have their photos taken with kids of all ages on September 1st at the Anheuser Busch facility in Merrimack, New Hampshire from 1-3 pm, weather permitting.

Nashua, New Hampshire will host the 18th Annual Shakespeare in the Park series.  The performances will take place on Saturdays and Sundays beginning at 2 p.m.  at Greeley Park  ~~ July 24 through August 1st.
The performance will mark the celebration of the 50 year anniversary of the Nashua Theatre Guild.

          Greeley Park is an old-fashioned park located in Nashua, New Hampshire.  The park was donated by Thorton Greeley on June 3, 1896 and was dedicated on June 1, 1997.   

       Greeley Park will be the venue for an outdoor Music and Film Festival in the park this Saturday, June 19th from 3:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.  The cost is free.  
           The execuive producer of the music and film festival is Chris Mallory who grew up in Pelham, New Hampshire.  
      Mallory's company, Community Events will be providing a 40 foot inflatable movie screen.  Mallory wants the festival to continue to grow and desires to bring the arts to the entire greater Nashua community.
