        The 1,289 statewide residential home sales in June 2010 marked a 10 percent increase over the 1,171 sold in June 2009.
        The 5,284 homes sold over the first six months of this year represented an 18 percent increase over the same period in 2009.
         The residential median price was $229,000 in June of this year.  This is a 2 percent increase from June 2009.

  Meet the Hollis, New Hampshire Sitting Buddha Cat.  We don't know the name of the cat, but it is a very special cat indeed.  We called the cat Sitting Buddha cat and it taught all of us an important life lesson!
  While our Hollis buddha cat seemed quite content sitting in this pose during most of the home inspection, from time to time it suspended its mediations to follow all of us as the inspector went through the home.

          Greeley Park is an old-fashioned park located in Nashua, New Hampshire.  The park was donated by Thorton Greeley on June 3, 1896 and was dedicated on June 1, 1997.   

       Greeley Park will be the venue for an outdoor Music and Film Festival in the park this Saturday, June 19th from 3:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.  The cost is free.  
           The execuive producer of the music and film festival is Chris Mallory who grew up in Pelham, New Hampshire.
