The New Hampshire housing market continues to indicate signs of a real recovery. In October of this year, home sales continued an upward trend and the prices were up for the second month in a row. From October 2011 to October 2012, the median sales price of homes in New Hampshire increased by 11.6 percent, from $190,000 to $212,000. New Hampshire economic fundamentals continue to be good indicators that housing will remain a sound long-term investment in the State of New Hampshire.
