Another Publication from M.O.R.E - Message On Real Estate. Foreclosure homes are at an all time high across the country and especially in ARIZONA. This unfortunate reality is in part due to over lending of the finance companies and some lenders not "OVER INFORMING" the client of possible adjustments in payments over the life-cycle of the loan, and in part the buyers taking on more home than they could realistically afford.
