Wowza, home sales in Villagio have really heated up recently and prices seem to be jumping. As of today, there were two active listings along with 21 properties under contract. Recently, I’ve seen several multiple offer situations in Villagio.

This morning, a “who’s who” of politicians, Chamber members, developers and business owners celebrated a ribbon cutting ceremony for the newly revised West 6th building in the Mill Avenue District. Mayor Hallman discussed the quality of the construction, the sustainability of the project, and conveyed some of the excitement that many people feel for the area. While some people had written off the project as a bust, it is becoming more and more clear that the new owners mean business and that they are very committed to the Mill Avenue District.
