I have been working on a listing in Haiku Maui getting it ready for market. My sellers are wonderful people, but they live off island and the father is an older gentleman, very nice people. Winter season is upon us, with the first Hugh surf arriving. Watching the evening news in Hawaii, they were reporting 20 ft surf tomorrow. Waves have have been building, hopefully I can get a surf session in before it gets to big in the morning. I live on the northshore of Maui, places like Hookipa Beach Park will hold surf up to 10 ft waves. We will be looking for the first waves at Jaws with surf looking like it will be over 30 ft.

The Northshore of Maui is a play ground for many with all the water sports Maui has to offer. On any given day you can drive down Hana Hwy, or stop for coffee at Anthony's Coffee and you will see Paia town buzzing with people with boards on their trucks and roofs of their cars. Above in this photo I am windsurfing with my friend Sandra from Switzerland. She has found Maui to be a great place to call home. She just closed on a beautiful home in Wailea with her husband Roger. They are loving life.
