I was on caravan yesterday viewing properties in Wailea Maui. One beachfront condo that I really liked was at Wailea Elua. A two bedroom direct oceanfront condo on the beach in Wailea Resort. Wailea Elua is an older complex, but unlike the newer oceanfront condo resorts, there is more land per square foot for each unit.
