Another day in Makena Maui. Yesterday I was exploring on bike with my wife Makena Beach. It's a totally different perspective with no cars to speak of on the roads. It was a beautiful day and hot, we were riding bikes and taking a swim at different beaches. Makena Maui in my opinion is one of the most beautiful setting where the mountains meet the ocean. I was checking up on my clients condos in Wailea Ekahi today. It's just a bit strange that these luxury properties are almost all vacant. On the other hand it's so nice to travel through Wailea and Makena with no traffic. Well looking at market reports for Maui, things have slowed down, and it's more of a buyers market. I still am getting showing but it's on properties under $1,000,000. With interest rates so low buyers are taking a second look where they were sitting on the fence.
