The Chesterbrook real estate market in Tredyffrin Township, Tredyffrin Easttown School District, has been fairly active during January 2020.
Four homes closed ranging in price from $190,000 to $445,000. Average days on market for these was 48, however two of the four homes sold in 5 and 6 days respectively, the other two were much longer. Generally in this price range sales tend to happen quicker than 48 days. The average square foot price was $191.73 after allowing for seller concessions to buyers on these homes.

Old Forge Crossing Condominiums in Tredyffrin Township, Devon PA saw 23 sales last year, same as 2018. These Devon condos remain popular being in the Tredyffrin Easttown School district selling on average in 9 days.
Full data is below, but a quick recap those 23 homes sold for a total of $4,026,405 after concessions to buyers, homes sold for an average of 99% of list price, and the average square foot price was $201.

I grew up in the UK, just outside of London, I know I never thought I would not own a home. It just seemed the obvious thing. Even when I left home and rented an apartment it was my brother's who had moved to the States, so I was helping him out by renting, so he could pay the mortgage.

We moved to this area almost 30 years ago and what attracted us was the school district. With three young boys we were looking for somewhere that we felt would provide a good education. Whilst that is a subjective thing to measure, the last few years have seen Niche rank Tredyffrin Easttown School District highly.

Tredyffrin saw a lot of activity over the month of May with Easttown recording one sale in Devon Green of a 2 bed 2 bath apartment for $248,000.
This is normal as Tredyffrin Township carries many more apartments and condos than Easttown.
There are 12 apartments listed for sale priced between $150,000 to 250,000 with an average of these listings being on the market for 15 days. Of these listings 5 are under contract leaving 7 for sale.

Six homes went to settlement in November 2014 in Chesterbrook, priced from $165,000 for a 2 bed 2 bath condo apartment of 1266 sq feet to $351,000 for a 4 bed 2 1/2 bath condo townhouse of 2035 sq feet.
Nine homes also went under contract and are now pending priced from $239,000 for a 2 bed 1 1/2 bath 1570 sq feet townhouse to a 4 bed 3 1/2 bath 2280 sq feet townhouse at $419,900. Over the years Old Forge Crossing has been relatively lenient towards investors, allowing owners who got transferred through work to rent their units easily. With the donwturn in the husing market and the need for condo complexes to be FHA approved, the levels of investor ownership has become a issue not just at Old Forge Crossing but at several local townhome and condo developments.
