Sometimes things just don't work out!
I have clients who purchased a home for their son. They wanted to help him live alone, he has some severe social issues, but they felt if the house was nearby he would be able to cope. Well, sometimes things don't quite work out as we planned. No sooner did he move in then he had severe anxiety issues and came home.
