LaCabra Brewing, Berwyn PA, Febraury 8th 2017 Last night the Berwyn and Devon Business Association hosted a beer and chocolate pairing event at LaCabra Brewing a new micro brewery in Tredyffrin Township, part of Tredyffrin Easttown School District. It was highly successful with many new faces in attendance intrigued by the pairing of beer with chocolate. Many admitted to knowing about wine and chocolate and enjoying that but were frankly puzzled by the thought of putting beer and chocolate together. Berwyn Devon Business Association invites you to a unique event at LaCabra Brewing, 642 Lancaster Avenue in Berwyn, PA 19312 on Wednesday, February 8th, starting at 6 pm, $10.00 at the door. Once again the Berwyn Devon Business and Professional Association together with the Easttown and Tredyffrin Veterans are hosting the Berwyn, PA Tree lighting this Sunday December 2 beginning at 5.30 pm. There will be singing, dancing and Santa will arrive by firetruck, Mrs Claus is coming in a Maserati, and one of Santa's Reindeer will also be visiting, there will also be food available at low cost for those who need a snack, including hot dogs, hot chocolate and lots of other goodies.

This time of year everybody it seems has a story to share about a haunted house, I often get asked by clients when they are buying if a house might be haunted, for some it would be an absolute deal breaker, for others something of interest. Berwyn community holiday party and tree lighting Sunday 12/5 starting at 6.30 pm. The big evergreen tree at the Berwyn Train Station by the east bound tracks always seemed the central hub of the village of Berwyn. Many years ago, Gene Williams remembers saving this area in the parking lot by not allowing commuter parking spaces. The early development of the village was around the train area. In the 19th century, a market car allowed the local farmers in the surrounding area to ship their produce into the city.
