credit score: Do you know how a soft or hard pull affects your credit? - 08/03/23 09:04 AM

I asked Rich Filipone of Prosperity Home Mortgage, LLC, NMLS:137129 this and some other questions related to soft and hard pulls of credit in this video.

In fact, if … (10 comments)

credit score: Do You Have Plans for the Weekend? Those Plans Should Include Checking Your Credit - 06/11/19 04:39 AM
If you have ever wondered aboutbuilding a credit score read this!
There are so many excellent articles on Active Rain to do with purchasing or selling a home. So many subjects get covered. One of my favourite writers is Gene Mundt, IL/WI Mortgage Originator - FHA/VA/Conv/Jumbo/Portfolio/Refi who writes about mortgages and credit. His articles are so informative and useful regardless of where you live in the country. This one is well worth a read if you are trying to re-build credit or even establish credit in the first place. credit score: Main Line condominium buyers need help with your credit? - 01/21/15 05:02 AM
Main Line condominium buyers need help with your credit?
Condominiums are very popular with first time buyers on the Main Line because they generally have lower prices, maintenance is mainly covered under the condominium fee as often are many of the utility costs depending on the development.

credit score: Buying a home; protect your credit score! - 09/03/08 09:13 AM
We are seeing more and more buyers and sellers frustrated as mortgage companies refuse loans based on bad or even low credit. This devastates buyers who see their dream of buying a home and participating in the American Dream smashed. Sellers who have not asked if the buyer is qualified either through ignorance as a for sale by owner, or using an agent who is not experienced enough to ask for mortgage approval and financials are also affected as their home has been off the market and may have missed a qualified buyer in that time.
This bad credit can be for … (0 comments)
