The Greens at Waynesborough, Berwyn, PA 19312 This year 2014 there have been three sales so far in the Greens at Waynesborough in Berwyn, PA. Located in Easttown Township and part of Tredyffrin Easttown School District the Greens at Waynesborough are located just off Route 252 next door to the Waynesborough Country Club. We love Berwyn it is where we live ourselves and when we first moved to America it felt like a small part of England with the winding country roads and easy access to green space.

As mentioned in several recent posts, the local market is suffering from a lack of inventory. In Chester County the inventory absorption rate has dropped to just over six months, implying if no more homes came on the market, every home currently on the market would take just over six months to sell. Whilst this is unrealistic it does indicate compared to last year when the rate was well above fourteen months how the market has changed.
