When something good happens I think we should take advantage of it for our customers. Recently Trend our MLS allowed us to post 6 extra photos for a property. We went from 6 to 12 and now we can also post documents about the property as well such as seller's disclosures, plot plans, home owners association rules and regulations and a host of other information up to a limit of 5 different documents, any one of which can be upto 30 pages long.
