I have been thinking or pondering about this recently on my walks. What am I looking at? Is it the whole picture or just a part? I had seen some photos of a listing recently, selling a life style they were wonderful, selling the house, not so much as they were all close ups of a wonderful bed with beautiful sheets and pillows, but that was all you could see, not the room at all.

We recently sold the house at 407 Old State Road, Berwyn, PA 19312, it was a challenging sale as our sellers had moved out of town well before settlement and some issues arose at the buyers walk through. The air conditioning unit had frozen. This required a service call and of course a delay to settlement as the unit had to thaw before it could be repaired.

Today I have woken to find the lovely spring/summer temperatures have dropped. My hiking group has a 10 mile hike planned today down on the Pennsylvania/Delaware state line. I have been promised that it is very scenic and well worth the trip. It is about an hour away, and I have not been on a hike this long since I finished my camino in October. I am looking forward to it.
