We recently sold some new construction to a young first time buyer. A couple of weeks ago she got notice of a zoning board hearing relating to her new home. Contacting the builder she was told not to be concerned and she did not need to attend.
Calling her Tredyffrin Easttown Realtor, Nick Vandekar, she asked my opinion. It was agreed that she should attend and I would attend with her.

We recently took a short trip to Germany. We were wandering around Ulm and came across this house/hotel and took a photo.
We took the photo because of the way the home rose out of the water, and because it was a little leaning. But when we got back to our hotel we were doing some researching for places to eat and what else to see in Ulm we realized we had taken a photo supposedly of the world's most crooked house according to the Guiness Book of World Records but I could not find the entry.

Winter definitely feels as if it has arrived, with cold temperatures and snow on the ground. It makes you feel like staying indoors by a fire. But there are plenty of things you can do close to Tredyffrin Easttown to enjoy the season.

My oldest grandson and I walked up to the local coffee shop one morning. I like to think I am creative and artistic and used to take all my own listing photos. Now I use a professional photographer. A professional photographer has more experience and tools at his disposal than I do. The cost of hiring a professional is minimal to the return I am getting.
Rather like what I advise clients, the cost of hiring me brings so many benefits it is worth it. Likewise, hiring a professional photographer removes lots of headaches for me. I get better photographs, better lighting, and most importantly the listing receives better marketing as a result.
