Last night I attened the Tredyffrin Township Summer Concert Series, Flower Power was playing. Playing in Wilson Farm Park on the stage there, they provided two hours of solid entertainment. People were socially distanced, and wearing masks when walking about. Lots of people got up and danced over the course of the evening.
Thanks were read out for the many sponsors who made the evening possible. There were probably about 150-200 people present, other people were using the park for sports practice, a little exercise. There is plenty to do in our area, last week I wrote about watching movies under the stars, today get out and listen to a concert. Wilson Farm park in Tredyffrin has open air concerts set up for the summer. These are FREE to attend, and you can bring a friend, a blanket and some food and make a fun evening of it. All concerts take place at Shire Pavilion at Wilson Farm Park in Chesterbrook and start at 7.00 pm. There is plenty of parking in the park. Tredyffrin Township is once again holding open air concerts at Wilson Farm Park. Here is the 2014 schedule for the Summer Concert Series. June 26 - Almost Fab July 10 - Chico’s Vibe July 17 – Sofa Kings July 24 – Crow’s Feet July 31 – The O'Fenders All concerts are free to the public and held on Thursdays at the Shire Pavilion with a start time of 7:00pm. In addition, there will be fireworks and a concert as part of the Township's July 4th Celebration!
