lexington: It'll Just Be a Little Sting... - 02/09/10 02:25 PM
My little boy had a birthday yesterday, and as a result, had his check-up at the doctor's office today.  While we were there, my big boy sat in the lab for the first time to have blood drawn from his finger tip.  The nurse said, "It'll just be a little sting..."

What?  Seriously?  That is the WORST description ever.  I can donate a pint of blood better than I can have my finger stuck for blood.  Having your finger stuck with a needle is the worst part of going to the doctor!  Knowing that the nurse is going to poke … (8 comments)
