How many of you out there allow Pre-Possession? It's not a very popular item requested by Real Estate Agents in Gilbert, Arizona however, I for one will never advise my client to allow it and heres the top two reason why: The risk of the buyers loan not closing and being stuck with the buyer now needing to vacate.
