What homes are for sale in Cordelia this week?  There a total of 22 homes for sale in Cordelia this week.   Seven of them are Cordelia foreclosures and nine of them are Cordelia short sales.  Not surprisingly, six of them are regular sellers.  We are seeing more "regular" sellers come back into the market.  This may not seem like a lot, but given the prices of most of these homes has dropped by 50% in the last three years, it's good to know that there are still some Hiddenbrooke homeowner's with equity.
