Benicia Homes For Sale--Homes Sold In Waters End December 2011 Well it was an interesting December in Water’s End this month. Only three homes sold in the neighborhood. One was an REO /foreclosure/bank owned, one regular sale and one new construction. The regular sale got over asking and the new construction and REO got under asking. It’s a trend that I am seeing in other markets too; buyers tend to bid higher on regular sales.
