feedback: Is anyone else being overwhelmed with feedback requests from Listing Agents after showing their property?

I know the market is saturated with homes for sale (and the anxious sellers that go along with those homes) and I can appreciate the feedback calls after the showing. I follow up with every agent after they show one of my listings to see what their clients thought, but especially what they thought compared to other homes they have seen. I think agents provide the most constructive answers. But now I am getting feedback calls BEFORE I even show the home, within an hour of my appointment time (I am still with the client!) and after 8:00 pm. I am going out … (10 comments)
