agents: Agents who don't call you back during a negotiation?!!?

Fellow agents, has this ever happened to you? As both a listing agent and a buyer's agent this has been the case a couple of times this year and it shocks me. Getting in touch with another agent DURING an ACTIVE NEGOTIATION is like trying to reach the Pope on a Sunday. For a week. Or two. I just don't understand. Isn't this your full time job? Can you not get in touch with your client? It can be so frustrating, but also consider how unprofessional you look to my client. Obvioiusly, in both cases there was no transaction. Is … (2 comments)
