builders: Home Buyer Incentives in Leesburg, Purcellville and Hamilton!

Let the incentives begin!....well, continue. New home builders just reported that the new housing starts were the lowest in 17 years....yikes! However, this is good news for the prospective new home buyer. I'm aware of one builder now offering a free rec room in the basement PLUS a free, equipped Media Room...screen and all! Another is offering free upgrapes on multi-sided brick, upgraded landscaping packages and more. Of course, granite, hardwood floors and a few other things that used to be "options" tend to now be standard.
