Ballantyne Housing Market Update for June 2019.  Average Ballantyne home sale prices increased significantly in June 2019 by 10.1% compared with the same month one year ago and compated with the prior month of May 2019. Median home prices also increased 10.9% versus June 2018. Ballantyne homes, on average, sold in under one month. Median days on market were just 12. Pending sales were up 27.6% in June. While closed sales were down 1.3%, it should be pointed out that this drop was equivalent to just two fewer homes selling in June 2019 versus June 2018. … (12 comments)

Despite an increase in days on market, homes are still selling in under two months on average. Pending sales were up 18.1% in April. The months supply of homes at 1.9 months and an 8.8% drop in new listings keeps the Ballantyne/28277 zip code housing market a seller’s market.
