North Carolina Begins "Safer At Home" Phase 2 Re-Opening Friday, May 22 At 5:00 PM
North Carolina's Governor Cooper announced a modified "Stay At Home" Phase 2 re-opening of North Carolina businesses on Wednesday, May 20th called "Safer At Home." Phase 2 is expected to last for at least five weeks through Friday, June 26th.
Businesses that can open with restrictions for the "Safer At Home" Phase 2 are:
