charlotte region housing market update: Charlotte Region 2018 Housing Market Quick Facts At A Glance
- 01/22/19 12:59 PM
Charlotte Region 2018 Housing Market Quick Facts All the critical indicators of a strong, predominantly seller's housing market showed improvement year-over-year since 2011, with the exception of the inventory of homes available for sale, which is now at its lowest level since 2007. Charlotte, NC Region Housing Market Update: 2nd Quarter 2018 Second quarter 2018 Charlotte, North Carolina region's home sales continued the trends we've seen since 2015. Home buyers are finding the housing market very competitive with higher home prices and a lack of properties to buy. Buyers looking for a bargain are "hard pressed" to find one. Meantime, home sellers are seeing their homes sell quickly and for top dollar, when priced right for condition and location. The "story" of the second quarter 2018 might well be about the continued decreases in the supply of homes available for sale across the region. It's worth pointing out that this

Charlotte, NC Region Housing Market Update: July 2016 The Charlotte region's housing market continued the strong start of the first half of the year through July 2016, with pending sales and home prices up and days on market, new listings and inventory levels down. The story for 2016 is that supply continues to

Charlotte Region Housing Market Update: January 2016 The Charlotte region's housing market had a strong start in the new year, with none of the key metrics disappointing, with the exception of closed sales, which were down 10.6% ~ caused to some degree by the lack of inventory in our market and not by the lack of interest on the part of home buyers, who are having a hard time finding afforadable homes in prime neigborhoods. With January's pending sales up by 13.0%, we can hopefully look forward to a good month in February 2016 in terms of closed sales. Although it is hard to say
