Christmas Eve day is here. In a few hours it will be Christmas Eve night... my "personal" Christmas always begins on Christmas Eve. When I think about Christmas Eve it's always against the backdrop of a night that exemplifies all that is calm, all that is bright, all that is holy. The calm and holiness of Christmas Eve never disappoint and never fail to restore my spirit. Christmas Eve is my favorite day of the year and there is no night in the year that I look forward to more than Christmas Eve night.

Chocolate lovers! Did you think that today was just Christmas Eve? You couldn't be more wrong! It's also National Chocolate Day! I'm still trying to figure out who decided December 24th would be a great day to celebrate chocolate. Although, there are some who celebrate National Chocolate Day on December 28th (sometimes referred to as International Chocolate Day) and others on October 28th. I totally admit to being a card-carrying "chocoholic," I believe every day should be celebrated as Chocolate Day!
