McAdenville, North Carolina, also known as Christmas Town, USA kicks off it's annual Christmas Light Festival, tomorrow, November 29th with its second, annual 5K run, starting at 6:00 pm at Legacy Park at Elm Street in the heart of Christmas Town. Christmas lights will be on for the run.
The official lighting ceremony for Christmas Town, USA will take place on December 1st at 4:30pm on the Plaza in front of the Pharr Family YMCA. McAdenville's lights will stay on each night through December 26th.

Southern Christmas Show in Charlotte starts this week on Thursday, November 13th and runs through Sunday, November 23rd. I look forward to this show every year... and I know Christmas is "just around the corner" once the show arrives in Charlotte. The Southern Christmas Show has been coming to Charlotte for 47 years now.
