Indian Land, SC (29707 zip code) real estate report/snapshot for November 2019. The Indian Land housing market remains a seller’s market with just 2.8 months supply of inventory overall. Housing inventory was up 4.3% year-over-year despite a decrease in new listings of 7.7%, most likely due to the large increase in new construction inventory. 
 
Both average and median sale prices decreased slightly in November to $339,794 and $326,807, respectively. However this has more to do with the price mix of homes sold in November … (10 comments)

The Indian Land housing market remains a seller's market with just 3.1 months supply of inventory overall, but with only a 2.1months supply of resale homes, which sold on average in 36 days. And with home sellers receiving 98.4% of asking price in sale price, there wasn't much room for buyers to negotiate in September.

Indian Land, SC (29707 zip code) housing market report/snapshot for July 2019. The Indian Land housing market remains a seller’s market with just 3.2 months supply of inventory overall, but with only a 2.1 months supply of resale homes.
While new listings increased 3.8% in July 2019 compared with July 2018,  most of the increase was from new construction, as resale inventory dropped 26.6% year-over-year.
Average sale prices in July 2019 increased 5.7%, while the median sale price of Indian Land homes increased 7.6% in July 2019, with new construction homes selling at about $97,000 more … (20 comments)
