Somerset Neighborhood in Charlotte's Waxhaw Area Real Estate Report & Community Spotlight Quarter 4 - 2019
In the 4th Quarter of 2019, six homes sold in the Somerset neighborhood; two more than in the fourth quarter of the previous year. Median listing and sale prices ($375,750) increased versus the fourth quarter of 2018. Although average listing prices were down minimally, the average selling price ($387,167) increased in the 4th quarter compared with the same time period one year ago.
Average days on market were down 6 days versus the same quarter in the previous year.

Fall Festival 2019 In Waxhaw's Millbridge Community Milbridge Fall Festival 2019 returns this Saturday, October 5th. The Millbridge Fall Festival has become a highly anticipated event in Waxhaw since the first one nine years ago. So mark you calendars now.
Entrance to the Fall Festival is free, but tickets for games and activities will be $1 each (cash only). The festival will be held from 11:00 am till 2:00 pm and will feature an entire slew of events, including:
