I HATE DAYLIGHT SAVINGS TIME! AND GRUMPY CAT AGREES! How much do I hate Daylight Savings Time? I ask this question each year and the answer each year NEVER changes as there are probably not enough words in the English language to express my hatred of it!
This morning it is still dark at almost 7:30 am! I don't get why early mornings should feel like the middle of the night and not the start of a new day filled with light! There's something totally uncivilized about it!

Second Quarter 2019 Union County, North Carolina home sales kept the county a seller's market with just 2.2 months of inventory. Union County includes the towns of Waxhaw, Weddington, Marvin, Indian Trail, Stallings, Monroe, Hemby Bridge, Lake Park, Wesley Chapel, Wingate, Marshville, Fairview, Unionville, Matthews, and Mineral Springs.
During the second quarter of 2019, Union County saw inventory and months supply of homes decrease by double digits compared with the same time frame one year ago. Days on market also decreased. Indian Land, SC housing market (29707 zip code) update for February 2019. The Indian Land housing market remains a seller’s market with just 2.4 months supply of inventory. Although the average sale price of Indian Land homes dropped a bit in February 2019, it shouldn’t be assumed Indian Land homes are losing value. It had more to do with the price mix of homes sold.
