The list to sale price ratio also pulled back slightly by 0.67% from Quarter 2-2023, although the ratio was flat when compared with Quarter 3-2022. Days on market remained low at four days, albeit increasing year-over-year and quarter-over-quarter. No doubt lack of inventory in Providence Pointe contributed to this performance in Quarter 3-2023.
