November 2016 home sales in the Fort Mill/Tega Cay, South Carolina areas of the Charlotte, NC metro region had a solid performance in the second month of the fourth quarter, continuing the trends we've seen all year to-date with sales prices increasing, closed and pending sales up.
The average sale price of Fort Mill area homes increased by 1.1% to just over $288,000 compared with November 2015, while average days on market for property listings dropped by 10 days to 48 days, a 20.0% improvement over the same period last year. Price per square foot also increased by 3.6% to $114/square foot during November 2016 versus the (16 comments)
The average sale price of Fort Mill area homes increased by 9.1% to just over $292,000 compared with August 2014, while average days on market for property listings dropped by 12 days to 60 days, a 16.7% improvement over the same period last year. Price per square foot also increased by 3.7% to $112/square foot during August versus the same period in 2014.

February 2015 showed a major improvement in home sales in the Fort Mill, South Carolina area (which also includes Tega Cay) of the Charlotte metro region. The average sale price of Fort Mill area homes increased by 5% to just over $280,000 versus February 2014, while average days on market for property listings dropped to 63 days, a significant 27.6% improvement over the same period last year. Price per square foot also increased by 4.8% to $110/square foot during February versus the same period in 2014.
