Home prices continued the softening trend in Quarter 1 - 2022 with the average sale price down 13% and median sale price down 15% compared with the most recent three months of sales activity in Hunter Oaks. Although home prices have softened, the list to sale price ratio was still a very respectable 97.9% with two of the five homes that sold, selling at over 100% of list price.

There appear to be more homeowners in the Charlotte region who have decided to list their homes for sale this spring and summer to take advantage of buyer demand and the high home prices. It would appear that Hunter Oaks was no exception in this regard in the 2nd quarter of 2021.
