Indian Land, SC (29707 zip code) housing market report/snapshot for July 2019. The Indian Land housing market remains a seller’s market with just 3.2 months supply of inventory overall, but with only a 2.1 months supply of resale homes.
While new listings increased 3.8% in July 2019 compared with July 2018,  most of the increase was from new construction, as resale inventory dropped 26.6% year-over-year.

Moreover, resale home inventory dropped 28.7% in June versus the same month one year ago, while new construction inventory increased 127.9%. Both the average and median sale prices of Indian Land homes increased in May 2019, with new construction homes selling at about $20,000 more, on average, than resale homes. Indian Land's housing market remained a seller’s market in April 2019 with just 2.9 months supply of inventory overall, but with only 2.2 months supply of resale homes. Both the average and median sale price of Indian Land homes increased in April 2019. New construction homes sold at about $9,000 more on average than resale homes. Resale home inventory dropped 20.3% in April, clearly impacting both closed and pending sales which were flat and up 0.9% respectively. With home sellers getting 98.1% of selling price, not much room for buyers to negotiate.
