The Indian Land (29707 zip code in Lancaster County, SC) housing market remains a seller’s market with just 3.3 months supply of inventory overall, but with only 2.4 months supply of resale homes. While new listings increased 10.1%, new listings of resale homes fell by 9.7%. Moreover, resale home inventory dropped 30.3% in May. Both the average and median sale prices of Indian Land homes increased in May 2019, with new construction homes selling at about $20,000 more, on average, than resale homes. With home sellers receiving 98.1% of list price, there's definitely not much room for buyers … (20 comments)

Indian Land's housing market remained a seller’s market in April 2019 with just 2.9 months supply of inventory overall, but with only 2.2 months supply of resale homes. Both the average and median sale price of Indian Land homes increased in April 2019. New construction homes sold at about $9,000 more on average than resale homes. Resale home inventory dropped 20.3% in April, clearly impacting both closed and pending sales which were flat and up 0.9% respectively. With home sellers getting 98.1% of selling price, not much room for buyers to negotiate.

The average sale price of Indian Land area (29707 zip code area) homes increased 3.3% to just over $284,000, while average days on market for property listings dropped by 9 days to 52 days in April, a 14.8% improvement over the same period last year.

The average sale price of Indian Land area (29707 zip code area) homes increased 2.7% to just over $280,000, while average days on market for property listings dropped by 11 days to 55 days, a 16.7% improvement over the same period last year. Meantime, median days on market dropped by 37.5% to 30 days in February 2016 as compared with February 2015.
