I'm a big believer in laughing. As Charlie Chaplin famously said: "A day without laughing is a day wasted."
There's a reason they say laughter is the best medicine. Did you know laughing triggers the release of endorphins, which are the body's natural "feel-good" chemicals (who needs drugs when you can laugh instead)? Endorphins promote an overall sense of well-being and can also temporarily relieve pain. Laughter protects the heart.
