Average and median sale prices for single family homes in McCullough were flat in Quarter 2-2023 compared with the same quarter one year ago. The list to sale price ratio of just under 102% also did not change. Just seven homes sold in an average of three days. Quarter-over-quarter, this was an improvement over Quarter 1-2023 when home sale prices had declined year-over-year. Days on market also improved by two days from Quarter 1-2023.
