Providence Pointe neighborhood in Charlotte's Ballantyne area had a strong showing in Quarter 3-2023. Average and median sale prices increased 30% and 29%, respectively, year-over-year. Prices also saw improvement quarter-over-quarter. The list to sale price ratio was 103.56%, up 2% from the same quarter in 2022. Days on market remained low at four days, albeit increasing year-over-year and quarter-over-quarter. No doubt lack of inventory in Providence Pointe contributed to this performance in Quarter 3-2023.
