Niche.com has ranked University of South Carolina-Lancaster Community College as the #2 best 2-year college out of 871 colleges in their 2020 study. This is an improved ranking since 2017 when USC Lancaster was ranked #4 in the country. I would venture a guess that many residents of the Charlotte region know little, if anything about this college despite the fact that it's been ranked the #1 community college in South Carolina for years. The Indian Land/Lancaster, South Carolina area of Charlotte continues to be hot, hot, hot in terms of buyer demand for homes. 2018 closed sales showed 13 hot neighborhoods to watch in 2019.
