In anticipation of the Super Bowl 50 match-up between Charlotte's Carolina Panthers and Denver's Broncos, Realtor.com has published an interesting comparison of the housing markets in these two cities including statistics about housing costs, inventory, styles. And it's clear from the infographic below that Charlotte does indeed "destroy" Denver in housing affordability with the median list prices of homes in Charlotte less than half that of homes in Denver.
