City of Monroe Parks & Recreation Department is sponsoring its first Annual Fall Festival on Saturday, August 27th. The festival will be held at Parks Williams Athletic Complex, located at 2011 Ashton Avenue in Monroe from 10:00 am till 2:00 pm.
