First Quarter 2019 Union County, North Carolina home sales kept the county a seller's market with just 2.2 months of inventory. Union County includes the towns of Waxhaw, Weddington, Marvin, Indian Trail, Stallings, Monroe, Hemby Bridge, Lake Park, Wesley Chapel, Wingate, Marshville, Fairview, Unionville, Matthews, and Mineral Springs.   
During the first quarter of 2019, Union County saw inventory and months supply of homes decrease by double digits compared with the same time frame one year ago. Days on market also decreased. Closed sales increased, as did the median sale price of homes, while the average price … (22 comments)

October 2016 home sales in Indian Trail, North Carolina area (28079 zip code), which also includes the Town of Stallings, continued the positive trends of the year to-date with sale prices increasing, days on market decreasing, available inventory tightening. 
The average sale price of Indian Trail area homes increased by 9.7% to just under $242,000 as compared with  the same period one year ago.
Average days on market for property listings dropped by 15 days to 44 days from 59 days just one year ago--a 25.4% improvement over the same period last year. Median days on market also dropped by 44.4% to 15 days in October 2016.

December 2014 showed a solid performance for home sales in the Waxhaw area of the Charlotte metro area (28173 zip code--encompassing Waxhaw, Weddington, Marvin). The average sale price of Waxhaw area homes increased by 2.8% to just under $384,000, while days on market for property listings dropped to 75 days, a 12.8% improvement over the same period last year. Price per square foot also increased by 8.8% to $110/square foot during December versus December 2013. There is quite a bit of new construction happening in Waxhaw and it's worth pointing out that new construction homes sold in December 2014 at $114/square … (10 comments)
