After softening in the Fourth Quarter 2022 and First Quarter 2023, home sale prices in Walnut Creek rebounded. Average sale price increased $36,000 from Quarter 1-2023. Median sale price $66,000 over Quarter 1-2023. The average and median sale prices declined minimally by 3% year-over-year.
Although the list to sale price ratio declined by 2% compared with the Second Quarter in 2022, it increased 2.1% to 101.38% quarter-over-quarter.
