Weddington Chase average and median home sale prices increased 12% and 16%, respectively, in Quarter 3-2023 compared with the same quarter one year ago. Sale prices were flat compared with the Second Quarter 2023. Days on market decreased 25% year-over-year to nine days compared with Quarter 3-2022. Home sellers realized 103+% in list to sale price ratio, which was 2% higher than in the Third Quarter one year ago.

In the Fourth Quarter only average sale prices improved slightly (+2%) compared with the same quarter one year ago. Median sale prices, the list to sale price ratio, and average days on market all showed a negative trend.
