Rent or Buy? That is the question. I have many clients that are not sure if this is the right time to buy or keep renting. Interest rates are historically low . The prices of homes are more inline with 2003 prices. The inventory is generally higher and sellers are motivated. Sellers see that the inventories are higher than in previous years and they know that if they want to sell they will need to play ball.
