My wife has kept my real estate emergency kit packed and ready for the last 10 years. Agents are always getting caught in situations where they might need a "thing or two." There's times where we think we're going home at 6, but then end up leaving the office at ten. I may have added a thing or two. What's in your real estate emergency kit?
If I were to see this guy in my backyard you'd see my jaw drop AND a small yellow puddle by my pant leg. Especially if I heard that........ "CHA CHA CHA - CHEW CHEW CHEW...." {MOMMY!!!!}
Jason in real life would be STUNNING. Granite countertops are not.

If you're like me, you be one busy person. I decided to stop eating fast food a couple of years ago. During extreme conditions I have been guilty of enjoying those cookies on the breakfast table when I show houses..... I mean, that's why they're there, right? Same with bottled water. If it's sitting out in a tub or labeled snacks then there is a higher probablity that I will scarf it. Usually my clients do too. Men love cookies.
